MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH • Survivor. Advocate. Storyteller.

Rebecca is a mother and digital creator using storytelling, information dissemination, and advocacy to provide mothers with the validation and community she wish she had when navigating the isolating world of maternal mental ill health.

Her story and articles have been featured on websites like North Shore Mums and The Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), and she has been a guest on several podcasts, including The Birth Trauma Mama, Baby Baking and Kid Raising, and Mom & Mind.

Rebecca is a home body, but will always have a very special place in her heart for the mother-and-baby psychiatric hospital that saved her life.
